Audrey is the Program Coordinator for the Advanced Science and Technology Commercialization Center (ASTeCC) and the Office of Business Engagement at the University of Kentucky, where she supports small business incubation, the OneUK program, and facilitates connections between industry partners and the university.
 
Previously, she was a Teaching Post-Doctoral Scholar in the Department of Political Science at UK, teaching political science and methods courses. She has also served as an Honors Thesis Advisor in the Lewis Honors College. Audrey earned her Ph.D. from UK in 2023.
 
Her previous experience also includes roles as an allied healthcare provider, clinical instructor, secondary school employee, and research assistant. This varied background allows Audrey to approach the university’s talent support strategy from multiple perspectives: instructor, graduate student, healthcare worker, and Kentucky transplant. Audrey is committed to developing strategies that connect talent with employers, support current and prospective UK employees, and promote the Commonwealth as a great place to live and work.
