Fall Classes Start with Largest Freshman Class in UK History

The Univesity of Kentucky kicked off the Fall semester with a recording-breaking freshman class of just over 6,000 students. "Nothing is more central to our state’s progress than educating a skilled and diverse workforce and citizenry," said President Capilouto in a recent article outlining the new year.

Lexington Ranked 25th Most Livable City in North America

The Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU) released its global survey and livability index for 2022 and Lexington was ranked as the 25th most livable city in North America. The top 4 cities were in Canada and ranked in the following order: Calgary, Vancouver, Toronto and Montreal. Atlanta was ranked as the most livable City in the United States. The rating was calculated using the following categories

This year’s partner is FoodChain, which will have an ongoing presence at the Cornerstone to increase community engagement with students and faculty. Kinetic Breaks Ground on Coldstream Research Campus

When complete, the building will support operations across the company’s 18-state footprint.
